Nio: I like exfoliators because my skin often feels smoother and looks newer. I like the way this one smells and how it feels. It's not too rough and when it is rinsed off, I do feel clean. The main issue I have is that I feel oily if I don't use hot water. I want to be able to rinse it off and if I don't do it thoroughly, it leaves a kind of waxy residue when it is dried. I like it but I don't like having to take longer to get it off of me to avoid the white waxy/soapy residue. I do think I would get it again but I would probably use a loofah or cloth to remove it easier and faster.

Chris C.: I bought this just to try to combat how dry my face has been getting. It smells amazing and works great, but be prepared to use this only in the shower. It is VERY thick and goopy. You will have a lot of it clinging to the sink if you use it outside of the shower. The hotter the water the better as it breaks down. I wouldn't say it is like Vaseline but somewhat similar. As far as what it does, it does a great job at cleaning your face and leaving you smooth feeling. Great moisturizing, lovely fragrance. I look forward to enjoying it some more.
