Geek Chef AiroCook 31QT Air Fryer and Toaster Oven Combination

Jerald Robinson: The oven didn't work right out of box. It's all digital and not user friendly. Some pre settings didn't work. Some settings worked but shut down during the cook cicle. The pizza setting didn't work at all. You only get a manual with limited instructions. I called the toll free number and requested a call back. Took forever. I got a call back but it was advertisement. I didn't ask for that! When I got a call back hours later the person was clearly not in America. She didn't understand much of what I said. I don't think they really are in Fairfield NJ. If they are not telling the truth about there location what else are they not telling the truth. You get no recipes and nobody on YouTube has this new item. So you guess and get frustrated!
I'm sending mine back!

Lorrie: The Instructions are not good at explaining how to work this air fryer. I’m so disappointed. After hours of research I thought I was making a very good purchase. This is my 3rd air fryer toaster, roaster, baking oven and I really thought this brand would be a good one. Wrong! All the other air fryers were very good with the instructions, not this one. I’ve spent several hours researching on the internet for videos or even better instructions for operating the air fryer. None exists. Sure there are videos for recipes but none on how this air fryer specifically works. Found videos on other Geek Chef air fryers but not on this one. The latest and greatest of their air fryer’s. It took almost 1 hour to make a simple pizza. That’s ridiculous! Would not purchase this specific air fryer unless you worked for their company and know how to operate it. Invest your money into a different brand.

Dennis M: This is a very unusual review for me due to the fact that I’ve never had a company like Geek Chef react to a review like they did! Those of you who follow my reviews are aware of that fact that my reviews are always truthful discussing products that are good or bad.

My original review rated the previous air fryer a do not buy! Why would any consumer electronic manufacturer design an electronic product with an old fashioned spring wound timer? These timers are notorious for jamming and being unable to turn backwards to reduce the time.

So here’s what makes this review very unique. After I published my review I forgot all about it. What happened next is very unique. I received an email from the manufacturer. They wanted a full explanation why their unit was rated do not buy. I gave them a detailed explanation listing all the negative comments pertaining to the unit. They asked me why was it really a do not buy and again, I explained all the negatives, not holding anything back. Thanks They were very courteous and thanked me.

Once again I didn’t think anything else about it and chalked it up as an unusual request.

Well guess what?...

Hokukapuuwailani: I was excited to receive it. However, i quickly learned it takes an hour to reheat cold left overs. So the statement they made that it replaces your microwave is 100% false. I was hoping that the microwave feature along with the many other functions would work so i wouldn't need to clutter my counter tops with more appliences. Very disappointed.
Already going to return it.
