Geek Chef 24QT 6-Slice Convection Air Fryer Toaster Oven - Perfect for Crispy & Healthy Home Cooking

Kathy A: This is a great product. With features including toast, air bake, and air fry, we use it every day. It is easy to use and cooks food evenly. Unfortunately, like many other reviews, one of the features stopped working within the first year. However, customer service was amazing – super responsive, and a new oven was delivered in two days. Now I’m hoping this one doesn’t quit within the next year.

AP: Less than a year after we purchased this it stopped working. The cooking-mode knob started not working when clicking in some positions (most notably in the "toast" mode or air-fryer) and today it stopped working altogether. We tried the knob in all positions and nothing would work. Light turns on, all other knobs turn properly of course, but with the bake mode being dead, the oven is dead.

UPDATE 1: the Geek company is working to help me sort out the issue. I have sent them videos and images and they are sending me a new unit together with recommendation for how to sequence the dials to avoid voltage instability that may cause the premature failure like I have seen. While I cannot comment yet, I am upgrading my rating from 1 to 3 stars and will then provide a new update when I receive the replacement unit.

UPDATE 2: the new oven is already here after just 2 days! Great customer support. Upgrading one further star. If oven performs well I can bring it up to 5 stars because when it works, it does do really well!

codingfriendcodingfriend: We used another air fryer (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GNVJM51/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) for several years and over time the air fryer began to rust and flakes or coating would come off the bottom of the fryer and contaminate the food. Unfortunately it was very difficult to clean and doing so would hurt the product. We bought this one with hopes that it would be much easier to clean and it has not disappointed. It has several useful features that are easy to understand. For bake, air fryer, or warming you use the left knob as your timer and for toasting you use the right knob setting. It has done a great job cooking our food and is easy to maintain and clean. The outside glass does get hot so you shouldn't touch the glass. Another great feature is the air vents behind the device don't shoot hot air directly out horizontally, rather a tray redirects the hot air upwards towards the ceiling so as long as you are not putting it directly under a cabinet it won't hurt your walls. They provide several notches to slide the trays in if you want to change the cooking dynamics. It rings like a bell when it's done cooking, a nice pleasant ring, not to loud...

Joan C. Harwood: I have used this machine just about every day since it was delivered. I was very happy with the air fryer and the convection bake and made toast many mornings. Never liked the control knobs - very stiff and difficult to turn or turn back. But, otherwise, it was easy to clean and did everything well.
Until last week when it burned potatoes in the air fryer (set at the same temperature and time as countless others) then burned my bread on convection bake (ditto) then the function knob stopped turning past "Bake" which means you can't get to convection bake or air fry. Well, if it's going to burn things maybe you don't want to use those functions. Before I could take the time to write a review or figure out how to contact the company which supposedly has great customer service, the machine stopped heating on any of the functions, so no toast or bake or broil. Not good. Better than bursting into flames, but not good.
This machine has a 1-year warranty and I used it about 6 1/2 months, so I really would appreciate some input from Geek Chef or Amazon on how to resolve my problem. Can't find a phone number anywhere or a way to email.

Helen S.: Finally ordered my first air fryer. Did a lot of online research and decided on GeekChef over the others. So far not disappointed at all. It’s been great. Perfect size for meals for 4, easy to use and so cute. Replace my microwave and toaster with it.

Update: this week (July 18 2022) the air fryer portion stopped working… the toaster still works but I have a toaster soooo, let’s see what the company does…

Update (November 14 2022) they wanted me to cut the cord and send a picture, I told them I would as soon as I got a toaster (that was the only setting working and we used it every morning). Finally got a toaster, sent pics early November, heard nothing so resent email 11/7. I was told to be patient - I would get a new unit. Don’t yet have shipping info. Can I just get a refund!!!
Good news, got replacement item today. Yay!
