Sylvia: Had this water filter installed under kitchen sink few years ago. This kitchen water filter is easy to remove & install every 6 months. Anyone can install to cold water line it’s that simple. Push filter in & turn out if comes & replace with new one. This was a desperate effort to keep my Keurig coffeemaker free of sediments. Kept having to replace Keurig. Now filter saved having to buy new one. Love this filter.

Lyne Rivest: The water is very hard down here and we needed to filter out the iron and lime scale from the water. These work great and no more spot on the glasses and on the faucets.

Evan: I am on my 5th replacement of this filter. The previous installations were very easy and absolutely no issues. After this installation (same exact way I had done the other times), I have now had a completely very slow rate of flow for the past 2 weeks as well as water tasting almost like it's not filtered at all. I am reluctant to use the 2nd one that I bought with this one as these are too expensive to just throw away if it's a manufacturing issue. I don't know the policy on returning slightly used items like this type, but I hope I can return/ exchange this item. I hate throwing money away like this.

Update: turns out it was human error. When I originally installed it, I thought that I had turned it all the way. When I went to change it, I wanted to be sure it was on all the way (even though I had previously checked). One more clicked and whoosh, there it was. Water pressure back to normal. Changing the rating to 5, as it does it's job and is easy to change. Take out the human error as I should have put a bit more effort into making sure it was installed all the way.

Footcare: Very easy to install have used this product before. It was discontinued in the store we purchased it, so bought the replacement filter on Amazon. The price was also cheaper about 30%!
