robert n hildebrand: Looks just like the original but doesn't say "Weber". The Weber one crapped out pretty fast. Hopefully this one lasts longer. But so far, so good. Installed in seconds.

Leslie Deemer: great replacement thermometer for Gas Weber Grill - make sure you order the one for the Gas grill - there was some confusion and I ended up with a smaller one that was for a charcoal grill - no hassle return and they shipped the correct one. Don't know who's error - mine or amazon but solved painlessly

Kirk S: Bought this replacement thermometer for my Weber Genesis E-410 N/G grill. Perfect Fit, took three minutes to install. The wing nut for installing, is a bit more solid (robust), than the old Weber wing nut. Stamped metal vs forged piece.
Old thermometer was reading 300 degrees when the grill wasn't being used. So it wasn't trustworthy any longer.
Unlike other reviewers, I haven't compared the temperature against the thermometer -- I just trust it, as now it's reading below 100 when off.... I simply use to give me a guideline of the preheat temp; or for slow cooking. Half price of the Weber 67088
