Xceptional1: Im glad I took a chance in these because I am no meat eater so I didn't want them to really have a pork taste. It doesn't but it reminded of a great childhood memory. I liked the taste & texture. #vegetarian

Elena Jane: The regular Gardein breakfast sausage is tasty, but the maple flavored sausages are just too sweet. They are tolerable with pancakes or waffles, but not good in a more savory dish like an omelet.

N. Ferris: Excellent texture. A bit small for English muffin sandwiches. A bit sweet but can be countered with mustard. Microwave 15 seconds less than maximum called for.

CHINATOUCHE1: I am a sausage lover (big time) -my Husband has hereditary high cholesterol and I wanted to find a sausage alternative and these come pretty close . They have a nice maple taste and the" feel " ( in the food industry it's called "mouth feel ) like real sausage when you chew it. geekgirl47: These were perfect little gems for my vegan morning sandwiches. They're good on a muffin with or without egg, or even the fake egg product Just Egg. It goes perfectly together.

I grow increasingly drawn to gardein products. They really have improved over the years they've been around.

Side tip: these come out perfect if you pop them in an air fryer for about 5-6 minutes at 375.
