Bronzedboho: These are my absolute favorite! I’m vegetarian and I love using these for Buffalo strips. I just put them in the air fryer tgen I take them out & toss in wi g sauce. Super good✨

RedheadKRG: I had set a very low bar for these chick'n tenders, but I was really surprised and impressed. I cooked them in the oven (convection) as directed, and they were super crunchy and tasty! I paired them with some sugar free spicy BBQ sauce for dipping, and I can't wait to try the other Gardein products in my freezer. Products like these will make the transition to mostly plant-based eating much more enjoyable. Thanks, Gardein!

Sue Sew: Quite happy with these and am going to try next the fillets. Until these I had not found in years a suitable veggie or vegan substitute chicken. I am seriously impressed with how these pass for (processed) chicken texture. Now, the flavor hmm unlike many faux meats these were not overly peppery (good! I don't want food to hurt). But like many faux meats they had no umami flavor. Which is odd since faux meats are notorious for the high sodium mgs that I cannot usually taste. I didn't bother adding a flavored salt or even just pink salt to them. I used a little ketchup on the bun. Hmm or maybe a dipping sauce with a base of dark soy or HP brown sauce next time. Passable and have to get those fillets now - if one fits a bun rather than having two on a bun that would be great and I am also thinking chicken parm. A teeny bit of garlic and onion powder wouldn't hurt in the sauce. Cheese should more than ramp up the flavor. But yes, the salt is there even if you don't taste it so take care in that area if you are restricting sodium.
