Shera: I can fool people into thinking I can cook now. 😂

Louis Weisberg: I love this product. I usually sautée it in olive oil, then add whatever seasonings match the side dishes and cover it for a few minutes. I serve it with capers and a touch of lemon juice. Perfect for vegans. Unfortunately, like other vegan products that mimic meat, it's costly.

Taylor B.: I'm a huge fan of Gardein products but this is probably one of the weaker ones in the lineup. It doesn't really taste like scallopini or much at all to be honest. However, I gave it 4 stars because it's VERY easy to add flavor to this particular product and incorporate it into many dishes. Because it's on the blander side, you can add ingredients to it that wouldn't normally be scallopini-esque and still end up with a great meal. It misses the mark on what it's intended to be, but it's still a very useful product in the end.

Amazon Customer: The texture is more like extra firm tofu and tastes nothing like chicken either. This is fine for me since I like tofu a lot, but I don't think this will serve as a good substitute for meat lovers.
