Nicolle Johnson: Gave it 4 stars because it takes a while to figure out the best way to use the espresso and steam functions and the directions aren't very clear on how to use it. Once you get it down though, it's pretty great.

MadalynMadalyn: We bought this to celebrate having our second child and to help supply us with caffeine easily. It worked great the first couple months but now the drip coffee takes forever and only makes about 3-4oz cups at a time. The espresso part works well still. It is also leaking from the top from time to time and we can’t figure out why it from where. There is no way to open it up and try to clean it or see where the leak is coming from. Between my husband and I we make 2-4 cups of coffee a day and espresso maybe every other day.

Chloe Saumenig: I was disappointed with this machine. For the price, it should have been better quality. The metal around the bottom was so flimsy and didn’t align with the plastic. The knob for steam was so hard to turn I couldn’t get it to turn off and it made a mess everywhere and burned my hand. I don’t think this machine is easy to use. I put a regular coffee mug under the espresso side and it splattered everywhere. I can’t imagine what a mess it would make if I had used the tiny espresso cups. When I made a cup of regular coffee, it barely filled the mug half way. It fell short of my expectations for how much I paid for it. The box was also badly damaged when it came. It practically fell off when I tried to open it. I’ll be looking for a different brand.

Courtney: The media could not be loaded.  So I should start off by saying that I got into the “Espresso game” about a year ago. Prior to that I would make my coffee with a Keurig. I found a small espresso machine at a thrift store for $5.99 and bought it. I’ve always loved espresso but had never made it myself. Let’s just say I was hooked!! I had that machine for about a month before I upgraded to a $70 espresso machine I bought at a store. All was well until a few weeks ago when it stopped working suddenly. I’m huge on doing my research to be able to make the most educated, cost efficient, decision I can make when it comes to something I’m passionate about. Which led me to purchasing this machine. I must say it does exactly what it says it does while also looking sleek and feeling luxurious. It didn’t cost me $500 plus and my espresso tastes as good as ever!! I’m also thrilled that I can ditch my keurig and have an all in one machine. THE COFFEE SIDE OF THIS MACHINE ISNT K-CUP COMPATIBLE (which doesn’t bother me any)!!!
