Okurrr: These are my first long bands, but they seem like good quality and resistance. I like them better than the latex bands because they won’t snap and slap you in the face. The colors are cute too. Currently using the mini guide book that was included with exercise examples you can do with the bands. Very good price compared to what others are selling on Instagram
