Jorge: I used the book for one of my classes. It is a pretty interesting book. i am not the type of person who has a passion for reading but I read this book and I'll tell you what, I learned a lot about myself and different leadership styles. More than likely will buy it just to have it at home.

E. Ghoneim: I have this as the reference for my MBA course.
It's really good reference material with lots of examples about the different theories.
It was delivered on time.
One point I noticed about the book, while going through it and almost at the end of it now, is that most of the examples in the book are US firms, the US is one of the major economies and leading countries but it would be much better to have diversified examples from leaders and businesses around the world as the book is being used all over the world.

LorneInKelowna: The book arrived, well-packed and seemed quicker than the time estimate provided when ordering. This is a soft cover, so i was not sure how that would ship and arrive as far as condition... it was just fine. As far as the book contents, i have not completed it yet, but from the chapters i have gotten through, it seems like an easy read and has quite a few graphics and short stories/examples of principles applied, so i think it is going to be great to support the leadership program i am in.
