What sets this book apart is its practicality. It doesn't just offer theoretical advice; it provides actionable insights that you can implement immediately. What's even better is that these insights are backed by real-life company stories, making the content relatable and compelling.
Probably among the described practices, my favorite's is the continuous interviewing. The author not only explains the importance of this practice but also provides clear guidance on how to make it happen effectively how it unlocks the discovery of customer needs and desires and helps to come up with assumptions. Awesome book.

Juneau Colleur: Teresa Torres does an excellent job diving into continuous discovery details. As product managers, we know the importance of discovery, but we tend to either not discover enough, fall into anti-patterns, or discover too much where it becomes static. I love how Teresa specifically points out the pitfalls and anti-patterns in each chapter. They are identified throughout the chapter, but at the end there is a specific area in which she dives deeper with actionable preventive methods. Great book for all levels!
