1) Numbering is not correct, and they seem to be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 but these figures are 1, 2, 3, 3 , 4, 5, 7, it may be misprinting.
2) Please look at 2 patterns «CM MINOR SHAPE 3». There are two identical patterns. But they should be different. It may be misprinting. Please kindly make corrections and reissue corrected version from your side via Kindle program asap. Thank you!!!

Elton Button: Once again a great book with a single focus in mind, I just love the way these books are focused on one area and not overwhelming. Between my lessons and this book as a reference are fantastic, accompanied with the backing tracks make learning not only easier but a lot faster.
Thanks Fundamental Changes.

Amazon Customer: I've bought Joseph Alexander/Fundamental-Changes books for years, and I've loved every one of them. Like all the others, Fretboard Fluency is very structured, using layered learning, or scaffolding, to lead the student along carefully. The simple skills I mastered in the early chapters are incorporated into the more challenging lessons farther on in the book. And, because the format allows for gradual growth, every page gives you the chance to make incremental gains, enjoying constant positive reinforcement. Now, how good you get still depends on how much you practice, but Fretboard Fluency will help you around your guitar as well as you're willing to try. Great book and the audio files are easily accessible, unlike other publishers I've tried. This truly is a great learning system!

Carlos Owens: Fundamental Changes always deliver great material for studying or teaching others. This book approaches a 5 pattern visualization of the fretboards in many creative and out-of-the-box ways. Even as an advanced player, it has helped me to strengthen my fundamentals. I've also studied the books from the authors Chris Brooks and Chris Zoupa and they have been great for technical development and creative thinking.
I would recommend it to any guitar enthusiast, beginner, teacher, or artist in search of getting better at the instrument.

Ottimo.

James T. Molloy: I've been playing folk, blues, rock, jazz, and classical guitar styles regularly for almost 50 years. You will get value out of this book if you have already learned fretboard fundamentals such as you can find in Richard Daniel's Heavy Guitar Bible or Fred Sokolow's Fretboard Roadmaps series. Learning guitar is like building a pyramid. You need to learn things in a logical order and achieve reasonable proficiency on one level before building the next lever. The material in this book is well above the base.
WHAT I LIKE:
- All scale shapes are given in C-A-G-E-D boxes, which are muscularly efficient and will give you enough background to understand what you see in YouTube videos.
- The patterns for practicing the scales will definitely train your ear so that you can start figuring out how to play something you hear or imagine.
- A lot of attention is given to how to organize your practice plan. The author shared how he did it for himself and now you can attack that with discipline. Your progress will be directly proportional to the amount of time you spend practicing correct things. (Practicing wrong things over-and-over doesn't eventually turn right, it just makes...

N. Paul: Like any skill, you will get out what you put in. Expect to take a lot of time to get through this book. It will take patience and persistence. I've been working through the book for a few months now, and still have quite a bit left. I own a few other of the author's books, and by far this one has been the most challenging for me, even though I've been playing guitar for a while and consider myself to be at the intermediate level.
Remember to adapt the exercises, schedules, tempos, etc. to make them work for you. This book should be treated as a guide, but you will need to do additional work to focus your practice.
What I like:
- The author writes in a clear, concise manner. That's consistent with all his books.
- Most importantly, the author teaches you how to practice. Don't ignore the advice on setting a timer for each exercise and moving on when it beeps. There's too many exercises to get through on a daily basis to spend more than a few minutes on each, without getting burned out and leaving no time for creative practice (chapter 5).
- There are plenty of exercises, with selected ones prioritized to let you focus your practice to get the most out of a...

Ian C: Only just received this book but already found it to be informative and a much needed incentive to practice more. The instructions are simple and easy to read and the tab exercises easy to follow. Recommend for anyone who wants to improve their guitar knowledge and skills
