...but just a little bit. This sauce tastes great but is a bit too sweet for me due to the non-sugar sweetners used to make it "sugar free". I just wanted a spoonful of sauce to dip my tofu in and eat as a healthy high protein snack -it's good like McDees bbq sauce without all the cornsyrup/sugar. Keep in mind, folks, that eating too much of any of these artifically sweetened products on the regular will increase insulin resistance. So, you think you are doing well by eating sugar-free but it brings on pre-diabetes and enhances diabetes in diabetics. So, it's fine to eat in small quantities now and again but if you consume a lot of these sugar-free products, you are ruining your health and, if diabetic, killing yourself faster and bringing on a host of horrific complications. Even for a (controlled) diabetic, a little regular sugar is a million times better than eating a lot of artifically sweetned products. Does this taste good and do I recommend it? Yes, yes I do. However, I don't recommend you slather your ribs in this... a little is fine and not too often.

Just be careful when you first use it. It's not as thick at other sauces and comes out of the bottle fast.
