KaitlynKaitlyn: I order this product BUT it was missing screws. The ones it did include were just rolling around in the box. I attempted to return but this product has no returns- I contacted the seller through my Amazon app and the next day, they sent out a replacement. The replacement had all the parts and is going to be awesome for my little niece. I then returned the original one I was sent and alls well. This seller had great communication and reaction time. The wheelbarrow is heavy duty and easy to use.
