Danya: My cat loves this brush. It's soft and she much prefers it to metal brushes. It's difficult to remove the hair from the brush even though it does a good job of removing her loose fur.

Antonia Vinson: I initially bought this for my short haired cat to help de-shed her. She doesn’t really like the pull of the silicone against her fur but it does work pretty well. I tried it on my dog and it worked even better. He has short, course fur. While he doesn’t much care for it either, he at least tolerates it more and I get so much fur off! Definitely worth it even just for him.

Charmaine Kirk: I struggled to find a brush for my small short haired cat. He is newly rescued and he is shedding quite a bit.
The tools that I had for my previous cat who was long haired did not work. This brush does and he loves it!
I have removed alot of under growth and his coat looks better!

MelissaMelissa: Oh my god. This brush is AMAZING! I have four rabbits (all of them rescues! Adopt don't shop!), one of which is a Mini Rex. He's been moulting like crazy this spring. This is the ONLY brush that actually gets the tufts out. AND!!! He actually LOVES IT. He sat in my lap and enjoyed it. I'm so shocked because he's such an angry little bun when it comes to getting his fur tufts.
It's so hard to find a brush for a mini rex because of their fur type and sensitive skin, but this brush is perfect.
The only downside is that regular fur types are a bit difficult because the fur kind of flies into the air. Or with cats it works so well, but accumulates at their tails so you gotta brush/grab the hair with your hand.

Devin D: I tried other wire brushes, the exposed and the plastic coated ones, for my short-haired cat but he didn't like the sensation and was always resistant to brushing;, and he has more hairballs than his medium-hair sister as a result. Well they both LOVE this brush! The patterns and little nubs in the silicone really do work to get out the fine under-coat hairs, the ones that cause my short-hair guy such problems, and the grooming edge on the one side of the brush does great work on my medium-hair cat's thicker leg tuffs. Brushing-time used to be a chase them down kind of chore, but now they sit in my lap and welcome it like grooming. This is the single best thing I've bought off Amazon.
This does cost a little bit more than those wire brushes but it's worth every penny: your cats will love it!!
