Nicole: This lamp is incredible for what it costs. Dims nicely, good adjustability, nice choice of light temperature. No, it’s not the sturdiest lamp in the world—if you want super sturdy, spend more. But it’s solid enough. Customer service is great—I had a problem with it not charging my phone, so I reached out to them. They were very helpful and immediately sent me a new lamp, which works like a charm. One of the few that I found that has touch control, dims, movable, and stand-up phone charger. I have it on my nightstand and it’s perfect. Can’t go wrong with this one!

Honest Reviewer: I love this light. It has many functions and each one is excellent. It has touch controls and the light intensity can be changed whenever the need arises. It serves as a night light, too! It is a perfect size for many tasks. I use it primarily for reading. It can be adjusted to shine just where you want it. It has a slim design that is truly space saving. Buy this light! You won't be disappointed.

Christy Longgrear: While I didn't expect a heavy duty, high-quality material lamp, I was a little disappointed with how cheaply the lamp is made. But since it is a lamp that basically sits in a single spot, wear and tear shouldn't be a primary concern. I definitely would not recommend this lamp for use in an area where with environmental conditions that require something sturdier.

The lamp has 3 ranges of motion, only 2 of which are useful. First, the base has a swivel (left-right motion). The second hinge/motion is just above the controls which allows back and forth of the main lamp arm and is also the least useful positioning feature. Lastly, the lamp arm itself only moves up or down from horizontal to vertical (the full vertical position is completely useless other than during shipping). Overall, you can put the lamp where you need it, but in a crowded work area, the limited motion would possibly be an issue.

The other issue I have had with the lamp is that the phone charger regularly goes into some sort of 'error' mode. There is a light at the base of the phone charger that is red when the charger is not in use and blue when it is. On a regular basis (and I mean daily), the phone...

Amazon Customer: Very stylish and modern. I bought two and they're both working fine. Looks solid and good quality. Slightly disappointed that they took 2 weeks to arrive and upon opening the boxes I then discovered that they were fitted with Chinese plugs only; no adaptors supplied. I had to spent a further £18 to purchase those. Surely it should be standard practice when exporting goods to ensure that they're capable of being used "out of the box" in the country to which they are sent! Other than that I am very happy with the product.

Michel OHAYON: Acheté pour le bureau de mon garçon de 10 ans... il adore! Et son papa aussi. L'intensité de l'éclairage est plus que satisfaisant et la teinte de la lumière est ajustable. Petit regret, il y a un peu de "jeu" au niveau de la tige de la lampe et de son socle. La stabilité de la lampe s'en trouve légèrement affectée. D'où un 4 étoiles au lieu de 5.
Quoi qu'il en soit... aucun regret.

However, the only instructions are in German, and it is fitted with a continental round pin plug. Buyers beware.

Mike Bohne: Die Schreibtischlampe Fugetek FT-L798-W gefällt mir sehr gut. Sie verfügt über helles bis sehr helles Licht, welches man auch sehr gut dimmen kann. Die Handhabe über die Touch-Tasten funktioniert gut. Der USB Anschluß soll über 1 Ampere bei 5 Watt bereitstellen - das tut er meiner Meinung nach (Smartphone lädt schnell genug). Ein Manko könnte man den Standfuß nennen, denn dieser wird mit dem Lampenarm verschraubt - was leider nicht so gut funktioniert. Bewegt man den Lampenarm nach dem Verschrauben nicht mehr, ist alles fest. Dreht man ihn noch ein wenig, lockert er sich auch ein wenig - suboptimal.
Die vier Sterne hat sich die LED-Lampe ansonsten redlich verdient.
