J Bradley: This makes the absolute best guacamole EVER. I first tried guacamole prepared using this mix at a party. There was a mexican theme which naturally meant tortilla chips and guac would be present. I'm not ordinarily a big guac fan (I'm big on salsa - I make my own and it's fantastic), but this looked like homemade and I'm always a fan of trying others' homemade items. I was extremely impressed. It was SO GOOD. I raved about the guac to several people until I found out who had made/brought it to the party. When I located the individual in question and she told me it was a mix I was blown away! When she mentioned it was a Rick Bayless - Frontera product, I knew I had to find it. The ingredients are all natural and it's really as simple as mashing up a few ripe avocados and stirring in the mix - SO EASY! I have since found this locally and purchase it regularly, but if you cannot find it in your local market, I highly recommend it. Aside from the flavor it delivers, for the price and convenience alone it cannot be beat!
