Moosiemama: Im an average size women, with a bigger bustline. I generally order a large or xl top/jacket. I ordered the xl. It was HUGE!!!!!! and the sleeves were more 3/4 length ,if not shorter. I didn't realize it wasn't prime, and the seller wants tooooooo much in postage to return it!!!!

Martin charles: Great little rain coat.
Very light and works like a treat.
Feels a little thin so not good for bushwacking and will easily tear if snagged.
But carry a little repair tape and these will get you through a long hike.
They don't breath at all but are massively baggy so you can easily vent.
Buy a size down if you want it to fit properly or your size if you like it a bit baggy.

cranmere: The size is extremely small, I estimate that the XL is actually about a UK size 12.

Amazon Customer: Light weight but perfect to put in the bottom of your backpacking bag. Don't expect a lot of durability, but because of the price and the quality of the jacket I don't mind !

KrunkensteinKrunkenstein: I'm stuck in winter right now so my wife hasn't been able to wear it yet, but the quality seems pretty good. When folded up, it is pretty small so this act pretty good as an emergency jacket when the weather warms up

Michele: To be fair, waited for the first rain. Took a 15 minute walk, and the purple jacket that folds neatly into the size of a lavish napkin did the job. Obviously, it's lightweight and easy to carry/store so I'm keeping one in the car. The purple is light enough to see in the dark, acceptably attractive, and snug, though a bit short in the back. Could use another 2 inches or so for maximum coverage. Nevertheless, it's fine. Recommend.

Amazon Customer: The lightest, most compact wet weather jacket I have run across so far. Very effective/rain proof, reasonably rugged (we have not torn it after several emergency downpours). I have the green one and my wife has this purple one - both are excellent - and WILL fit back into the tiny plastic cases (which you'll have to reinforce with shipping tape if you want it to last). They ride in my daypack - lightweight and compact. Great product. They're a little shiny and have no pockets, so maybe not your primary rain jacket - but for something that goes in your pack for a "just in case" downpour, absolutely excellent.

Trail Junkie: This is actually the men's version of the emergency jacket. The woman's version is the purple one. I don't understand why the seller hasn't corrected this obvious error.
As for the jacket, it is very light. I was able to get the jacket under 4 oz by replacing the draw string with Zpacks 1.2mm guy line. I feel that the taping on the inside is not the best. There are a number of places where the taping does not cover all the stiching, I actually seam sealed around the hood. It is important to understand the limitations of gear like this. Overall I think it is worth the price. Would recommend for a PCT thru or more arid environment. Get the regular frogg toggs UL for wetter conditions like the AT.

Lee: This good-looking water and wind-proof jacket is ideal for travel due to its small packed size and weight. If you have never owned a Frogg Togg jacket, it's almost impossible to tell you how much protection they provide via extremely thin fabric. This specific jacket is even thinner than the regular ones and makes a super shell over a layer of blouses and sweaters for uncanny warmth because zero wind and moisture gets through. I am no longer packing a winter coat on trips.
