Stephen I. Dwyer: Really like this "old school " pack jacket. Didn't go out in the rain. However, tested it by putting faucet water on the sleeve. It rolled right off! very comfortable, lightweight and the fit is just right. I'm 6 feet, 186 lbs. and have slightly long arms. I'm usually an L or XL in jackets. Got an L after hearing some say these jackets run slightly big. My assessment: it fits just right. Didn't find it runs too big. Rather more "true to size." I recommend this product for outdoor activities or rainy days!

Lisa G.: Its been constantly raining in New York and i need clothing thats water resistant if not water proof.
It definitely does the job in light rain. In a downpour, the water seeps through the zipper that's over the chest.
It would be nicer if the material was a stretch material because as I put it on over my head, the lack of flexibility makes it difficult to get my arms and shoulders through.
The material is thin. The pocket is like a hoodie pocket. It's worth buying.

Pat: I have purchased 3 of these. I love them. I bought one in a larger size just so I could add a layer when needed and one in my normal size for when I don't need the extra warmth. The pocket in the front is large and so convenient.. No need to have to lug a purse around which leaves your hands free and gives you somewhere to pack what you do need. You also have pockets to keep your hands warm or for whatever.

Kindle CustomerKindle Customer: This was the only jacket I used on our Alaskan cruise. It was a last minute purchase as rain was being forecast . I have a nice warm Columbia jacket I took for the cold but never wore it. This jacket I wore for ever port of call. It was light and yet warm. When it got to be too warm it was easy to take off and tie around my neck. When we got light rain, it kept me dry. So glad I ordered this jacket. It was the only one needed and used.

Kara HuthKara Huth: So glad I took this on my trip to Scotland. The weather was all over the place and this jacket was so clutch. It’s lightweight but can easily be layered with a sweater underneath. Even by itself it cuts the wind the ease. The picture is from a hike on a crazy windy day as you can see from hair. Without this jacket the hike would have been miserable. Extremely waterproof too! From light sprinkling to heavy rain, this jacket did not disappoint. I wore this golfing and it was definitely appropriate to wear on the course. The jacket has a loose fit but I would say it runs true to size. I normally wear a size small and the small fit great. Enough room to layer underneath but not an overly baggy fit.

Added bonus I didn’t realize, you can flip the front pocket inside out and the jacket has its own carrying pouch for easy transport!

Lyn C: This had great reviews so I read the product details carefully. I ordered the white colourway because it was described as having a soft flannel lining which I thought would stop it being see through.
However, I was disappointed to see that it was only a polyester outer with no lining. The price is good and I expect it will serve it's purpose. It recommends you down size for women which I did to a small and this was ok but still quite big with a large hemline. Overall, not bad but not as described.

Ronny P: Jacket seems great. Will mainly be using for those windy, cold fishing days. The jacket came in a see through plastic bag with an Amazon sticker on it. Easy pickings for porch pirate's. Thankfully someone was home when it arrived. It's why I gave it 4 stars.

CRSH: Third one we have bought for the family and they are well made and suit the purpose, they are not waterproof, they are shower proof. Very light and easily packed away.
They tend to be on the large size so be aware.
