DouglasDouglas: The media could not be loaded.  Wow we are loving this filter system! I have been drinking my tapwater for years and I always thought it was fine. After installing this filter system, now my unfiltered tapwater tastes “chemical-ish” to me. Also both my son and wife chose the new filtered tapwater in a blind taste test. LOL

After drilling a new hole in my granite countertop, it was easy to install. The system only needs 1/2” hole; but I drilled 1” hole so I could put a soap dispenser in it if I wanted. The filter system has a significant flange that covers up the larger hole with no problem. (I did also purchase the separate emergency leak detector auto stop for peace of mind)

I was afraid that the filter would knock the flow down to a trickle; but it comes out plenty fast. I can fill up my 60 ounce mug in a few seconds.

Steve: My water tastes amazing! My last filter was a Multipure and this one blows that one away! A few tips: Pretty easy to install just make sure you put the black washer into the cold water supply they give you. I didn't at first and it leaked, Then I read the instructions (yeah I know) and I put it in and proceeded to overtighten it, so I chewed up the washer...leak #2. Off to Ace hardware and got an o ring. Worked great. Tip: If you have to drill a stainless steel sink, be sure to use a conical bit, I broke three normal ones before I figured it out.

Edit: Owned and used daily for 18 months now. Just changed all three cartridges and stand behind everything I said above. Great filter and design, has worked flawlessly. I continue to be a happy customer.

AlexAlex: I was looking for a better replacement of my old 2-stage filter, which would fit under my sink small space. There was. a good discount on this particular system, so I bought it. Once installed I found that a faucet came in the package had a leak, so I contacted the support. They reacted immediately and arranged shipping of a replacement right away. They also proactively sent me a water pressure regulator and upgraded caps for the filters. That is not mandatory, but according their research it would be better to install the water pressure regulator.
There was also an accident on my side, the package with pressure regulator and caps was stolen from my porch, I found only a torn envelope. I contacted the support once again and they arranged reshipping of the same items. Thankfully the next package arrived successfully. Although I couldn't control that package theft I still feel sorry about it :)
Let me highlight this - issues can happen, nobody can avoid some accidental problems, however I believe what is most important that how a company reacts on such problems and in my case that was exceptionally good.

M. Cooper: This was a big switch for me, because for the last 15 years I have been of the belief that RO (Reverse Osmosis) water was the best. It removed everything from the water, leaving drinking water essentially with no nutrition to the body, tasteless and useless. These systems even included a filter that added minerals back into the water. This is a makeshift attempt to replace minerals natural to our body, and I'm not sure any of the systems I tried really worked for this. We are in Arizona, and in the summertime the heat requires drinking a lot of water. Not just useless water, and because these units really didn't work in replacement of these minerals, we had to supplement all the time. This brings me to the choice of Frizzlite SP99 as a replacement of the RO system. It was a big jump from tasteless water, to the taste of the water in the Frizzlite filters that tasted similar to tap water. Essentially they are carbon filters, one filtering out silt, dirt, and sand.
