John TancockJohn Tancock: Love the look and operation. Only caution is sliding panel has small gap which can cause leaks. Installed clear plastic inverted T dam my installer gave me. Bottom of T has adhesive tape.

Hoa NguyenHoa Nguyen: I ordered 2 of the shower doors and paid a local contractor to install it. The first door took him and in son 4 hours to figure it out and install it. There was problem with wall not being straight which cause them problem. They also have to cut the metal rod to size as it was too long for my tub. After the first door installed successfully, they moved to the second door and after partially installing it, they couldn’t attach the door because one of the rubber gasket (shown in picture) wasn’t the wrong size. This was a big hassle as my contractors were on a strict schedule and will not be available until a few weeks later to come back out again to install the second door. I contacted WoodBridge to see if they could just send me the hardware only to save me the hassle of having to repack the door back into the box. They told me to contact Amazon to get a replacement instead. They said the processing of the order to ship out the hardware would take at least a week in additional to the shipping time which could take longer very long. I end up having to contact Amazon to send out their shipper to pick it up. It is a very heavy door and it require 3 men to carrier it...
