My grandma's cats ear mites spread to his head, ears, nose paw and tail. I put this on all of them for a week or two every night and it cleared it up. Use a small amount first because just like people some cats are sensitive to some meds. Don't use longer than 14 days. Wait at least a week. If it doesn't effect it at all for you,bathe cat has another type of mute and not ear mites.
