Nancy K. Farlow: I've used this product for years and like it, so I just reordered it. But I want to point out contradictory product information: In one place it says that the pH is a low 2.2, which is good for preventing bacterial growth. In two other places you say that the pH is neutral, which would be 7.0. Which is it? I suspect (and hope) that 2.2 is correct and the other statement is pure marketing hype, since consumers are accustomed to hearing that a neutral pH is a good thing. You should fix this!

caroline: This is the same ear cleaner they use on vet shows and at the my veterinarian's office. Cleans ears well without leaving too much moisture behind. Have to work into their ears and let it sit for a few minutes to dissolve the wax before wiping it out.
