LallaLalla: I LOVE that this wind spinner is tall and the base makes it sturdy. I also love that both sides spin independently of each other. It doesn’t take a lot of wind to get them moving. Finally, it was easy to assemble.

BUT I deducted a star, because the purple has completely faded. I haven’t even had it a year. It’s still beautiful, but the reason I bought it is because purple is my favorite color and now that color is completely gone.

2 Engineers: The media could not be loaded.  Meticulously packaged, the Flybold wind spinner arrived in pristine condition. In about 5 minutes, it was ready to test in the wind!

Unfortunately, one of the bearings was frozen. I cleaned it in WD40, and although a bunch of black gunk came out, it still wouldn't turn freely when re-lubricated.

One email to Flybold describing the frozen bearing and I had a brand new spinner shipped to me. GREAT customer service! The second spinner is amazing- I LOVE the way the blue and purple vanes compliment each other.

For those curious about direction, the two spinners mostly rotate in the same direction, but on occasion they will spin opposite each other. It REALLY does depend on wind direction and speed!

For those curious about the sturdiness of the pole, the spinner is still firmly in the ground after a 50 mph windstorm. We did assure that all three legs were buried underground, which took softening up the sun baked soil with water as they suggest, and a fair amount of force.

Amazon Customer: WIND SPINNERS ARE NOTORIOUS FOR HAVING FEEBLE SUPPRT AND THE SPINNERS NOT WORKKING.
"WOW" THIS ONE IS STABLE AND BOTH SPINNERS ARE IN CONSTANT MOTION.
PURPLE AND BLUE ARE NOT EVERYONES COLOUR COMBINATION BUT I MUST SAY THAT IT IS A BIG COMPLIMENT TO OUR GARDEN.

Blue Subie: Update:
The same thing happened to the replacement pole. I should have put some thread locker on it. It seems like it loosens up from turning with the wind and then from the actual spinning it elongates the threads of the pole. Sadly this thing went into the trash.
I’m haven’t experienced this issue with any of the many other spinners I’ve purchased.

Writing this review primarily because of the exceptional customer service I received from Raul. The company stood behind their 3 yr warranty and sent an entire new spinner kit instead of just the damaged section of the pole.
The middle pole section had somehow become damaged and ruined the threads on the bottom. It was impossible to secure it to the section of pole that gets implanted into the ground. The spinner states a 3 year warranty so I contacted the company and sure enough they honored the warranty by sending an entire new spinner assembly.
It is greatly appreciated and truly awesome to do business with a great company. They seem to be few and far between these days.

Treefr0gTreefr0g: I absolutely loved/love this wind spinner. I've had it for 4 months now, through the "rainy season" here in Florida. I placed it so I can see it out my living window, and I love watching it spin. Until yesterday. I looked out and noticed it wasn't spinning, despite a light breeze blowing. I went out to investigate, and besides the 3 tiny treefrogs that were on it, I noticed that the bearings were covered in rust!! I mean...a LOT of rut! I removed one of the blades and brought it in. WD'd it, let it sit over night, and posted a question here. I asked if the bearing could be replaced. I got 3 answers in only a few minutes. One simply answered, "Yes". The other two talked about the spinner, but no answer to my question.

This is my first such repair, so I wasn't versed in the process. I discovered there a large C clip holding the bearing in place. I don't have the specialized tool for this, so I used 2 small needle nose pliers, and eventually got it out. Then I wiped down the bearing and measured it. Again, no special tools, just a transparent 1' ruler with metric on one side. I got roughly 30mm(OD) X 10mm(ID) X 9mm wide. Jumped on Amazon, found a set of 6200-2RS Double Rubber...
