Sumayyah: Very angry and upset. This is supposed to be a Fluval product. I have one in my pea puffer tank that they are struggling to swim against - it is belting out loads of bubbles which the plants love. One in another small tank that is okay. Another was in my guppy tank, stopped working overnight in the middle of a heat wave causing a bacterial bloom and the loss of two fish. That faulty filter is being sent back. Very angry and upset but guess I got a dud product as the other two appear to be working - so far. I am not feeling confident so will have back up filters from another brand and watch very carefully. Also false advertising needs to change. This is not for a 200 litre tank but for nano/small tanks.

Miss: I have this in my 55L tank, and it does a great job. It's extremely quiet! I recommend this filter if you have a small tank, and need something that doesn't sound like a jet engine!!
Very easy to use and clean. Simply take it out of the water after unplugging and then take the top end off. Remove the sponge from the bottom and give it a good clean. Pop it back in, all done.
It creates a nice gentle flow in the water which is perfect for my Fancy Goldfish. She doesn't like strong currents, so this is perfect.
I came back to buy a second filter because my goldfish is so damn messy! So now I have two running in my 55L tank and it's still much more quiet than the filter that came with the tank.
Highly recommend if you want a silent filter that actually is silent. Obviously at night you will hear a faint buzzing, but still better than the sound of a jet engine ;)
