Barbara H.: I have been doing rehab after breaking my wrist, and this putty has been well used. My therapist recommended it, because of the four different levels of resistance. I was concerned that there would not be enough of any particular color to do what I needed with it, but that hasn’t been the case at all. I started with the yellow and red putty (depending on the exercise), and have worked up to the green and blue. I like that I didn’t have to order additional colors as I progressed, but that they were already there. The putty itself is good quality, and the little tubs are perfect for storing them. I’ve easily been able to slip one in my purse to take with me to do therapy when I was out somewhere (like a softball game). Very happy with my purchase!
