Gess: I hurt my back and this product was a life saver. It is the perfect size for a low back and kept cool so well I had to use a small towel to protect against my skin (but really the fabric on it is really nice too). The gel inside is perfect and does not feel stiff or like a brick. No leakage and appears durable if you only use it for what it is ended for.

C Williams: I have lots of back and leg pain that gets unbearable at times. Ice packs ease the pain and these are great and seem to stay cold longer than some of my others. The quality is great and i think they will last a very long time. I did not realize when I bought this one that one side did not have the fabric as my other one does. I prefer the fabric side because it helps soak up the moisture as it melts. You really need to use a towel with this one or you will get very wet. Definitely do recommend this brand though.

Leann: I bought this dual pack half size for my knees, and they're the perfect size. However I find they don't stay cold for very long. Luckily there are two so I can swap them easily.
Otherwise it's constructed very well and made of durable outer material.
The inner gel remains pliable to get a good contour fit.

Ashley W.: These ice packs not only stay much colder for much longer than others but the covering material is comfortable and they are very flexible. I recently ordered more of them so I can donate every other old brand and kind that I have because I really wouldn’t use them anymore over these. They aren’t usable for heat but that isn’t a problem for me. All around, these are wonderful ice packs.

Goldpanner: My physical therapist recommended another pad a few years ago that was made out of blue vinyl and was filled with some type of gel, it worked pretty good for about 4 years and then the heat sealed seams started leaking, and that white gel was leaking all over the place:( Anyhow it was always hard to get the pad back into shape, I used a rolling pin to get it done, it was always a hassle getting the pad back into shape.
Well it finally failed and I figured I would try a different type not made out of vinyl with those weak seams.
So I ordered this one and it is perfect, cools fast, seams are double stitched with a trim around the seams, made out of tough nylon, it’s tough and is easy to work it back into shape.
I wish I seen this before, I’m going to show my physical therapist if I go to her again.

Velma: I had been using these at PT over the years, but I never stopped to ask where they got them from. I finally asked and bought it 4.9.21. It's been with me through at least 5 surgeries. Let me tell you, here it is Nov 7, 2023 and this pack hasn't changed one bit! The quality is still superb, still gets very cold and stays that way. I have no damage to the pack, even when I laid on it after back surgery.

This is the absolute BEST! I didn't waste any of my money and neither will you!

holly habib: This is an asset if you injure your back or legs. It’s large enough you don’t have to keep moving around (especially if you’re in pain!) my husband broke his ribs, this wrapped around nicely. He was pissed I spent money on it at first, then it became the best money I’ve ever spent!

kico: But, because different people every single day changed at least 1-2 times while they’re here. so. two ice packs didn’t la long , I saw a personal support worker PSW, ring it like it was a wet T towel lol that’s breaking the sewn and sealed.,seals. Bt, I BOUGHT ANOTHER YESTERDAY. STILL useable but leaks a lil not o gel. Possibly fixable Depending on sales etc. thanks for this great product. I used it for scalp neck nd shoulder pain. 🩵💙🩵 Amazon.!!!!!

Amazon Customer: This is a decent size which makes it easier to use particularly over a shoulder. It also can in handy in the hot weather as a cooling solution .
