Rebecca L.: My doctor uses Yoga blocks on me all the time and told me to get some for home. I ordered these and was excited to use them. Please excuse my ignorance-and I have not shown them to my doctor yet, but they are EXTREMELY hard (literally) and the way he wants me to place them actually hurts. He uses some that seem much softer. He is able to stabilize me while working on me with whatever he is using. So, I see him again November 3, 2022. I plan to take them to him and ask if they are supposed to be rock hard. I will submit an update

Nancy: I was disappointed there was a deep crease in one of the blocks. Something must have been stored above it in the warehouse. Still usable though.

Abraham B: We use these blocks every day. If we're lounging on the floor, we can prop our family's heads or other body parts up to be more comfortable. When we sleep outside on our deck on a flimsy cot, these blocks support our necks or backs or legs to prevent sprains. And the other day we used them to absorb the vibration of a power tool we were working with while others in the house studied. It made a notable difference (noise, vibration).
