JBry23JBry23: When I first got this out of the package, I thought it was a little smaller than I expected, but I think it is the perfect size for my 2nd grader. It seems sturdy, and she won't have much to pack in it every day, but there are plenty of pockets in it for use if needed. It is very bright and colorful!

The backpack is pretty, looks just as great as the pictures. We had it for a couple of months and we have not had any issues, is sturdy and light weight.
I had ordered this and a name brand backpack to choose from. This one came out on top, due to it's roomier fit, brighter color and the practical mesh pockets on the side (love those, for water bottles and such).

CS: Bought this bag for my daughter who was looking for something fun, funky and waterproof for college. The bag is well constructed, fits her computer and all her other stuff easily, and suited her taste. We will see how it holds up after use, but so far this was a good purchase.

It had all the pockets that she needed, and the zipper did up smoothly.
The added whimsical Unicorn charm on the zipper was perfect.
Being 7 they are at the age of wanting to be grownup but still believe in magic!
