TonyCal: I’ve owned a few Fit Index and love the ease to which they show you many aspects of your weight, BMI, body, fat, bone mass, muscle, mass, water, weight, fat, free weights the app and the fit index scale is an amazing tool. Unfortunately, this one is just a base model and doesn’t cover as many options as other fit index scales. The app is free and it connects via Bluetooth with your phone. Highly recommend a fit index, but spend a few extra bucks and get the top model one.

Glenda: This thing is on my list of thing to use as traget practice. It is constanly telling me I'm FAT. It does tell me down to the tenth of a pound how overweight I am. And I've checked for accuracy with a side by test of my old scale and they are with in .2 lbs of each other. So even though I hate it,, It's usefull.
One thing I did add was 4 felt sticky pads on the feet. I have a tile floor in the bathroom, and I like to move it around with my foot, instead of bending over to move it. Bending down is overrated. Now it slides around the tile easily and without making a noise.
If you need a scale, buy this one. But be aware,, you'll learn to hate it.

TechGeek: My wife and I are watching what we eat and are tracking our weight and body measurements, so we wanted a "smart" scale to help us track weight, body fat, etc... and sync them to a tracking app so we can fine tune our exercise and eating routines to match our goals. We purchased a Renpho bluetooth scale for our bathroom to replace an aging Fitbit Aria scale. It was low cost, able to track multiple users and syncs with most of the online health apps (we use Fitbit and Apple Health).
Turns out the kids loved coming into our room to weigh themselves too. We have 4 teenagers and they kept coming into the bathroom to weigh themselves and generally kept creating a mess, so we decided to purchase this newer version of the Renpho scale specifically for them to use. Experience so far has been the same as with our other scale... cost is great, product seems to work well and it tracks multiple users and syncs to cloud health apps.
With both scales I'm not convinced that the calculations for body fat percentage are entirely accurate. We have a pretty fancy body composition testing machine at my gym and my weight is the same with the Renpho scale and the gym machine, but my body...
