KH: I've been debating about getting a waist trainer for months now and I finally went through my decision. At first I went to my local stores such as Dick's and others similar but couldn't seem to find the size I was looking for (38" waist) . After browsing amazon I came across this one which I was able to adjust to fit me perfectly. Over the past few weeks my posture has gotten better while working out and I'm not as slouched. The fit is nice and firm which has been helping me sweat more and lose more water weight. Even though its firm , it doesn't restrict any of my movements making it very comfortable to manage. My only concern is I'm not sure how long its supposed to last but the stitching seems pretty detailed so as of right now I'm not worried. Definitely a nice confidence booster !
