Bernie: My girlfriend and I experienced immense amounts of pleasure with this sturdy lil guy. Can easily hold the two of us at the same time and can handle very intense swinging. My bedrooms not very but we still manage. We enjoy doing it outside. Places such as parks or forests are my favorite. Great product however I’ve gotten quite a few splinters in my anus and as you can imagine that wasn’t very fun. Overall amazing product would recommend if you and ur girlfriend want to try something new. Oh also it’s pretty handy if you want to get into calisthenics.

LashelloLashello: The media could not be loaded.  This FitBeast Wood Gymnastic Rings are very good quality and are a great addition to my home / garage gym, I just attached it to my Power Rack and been using it almost everyday for the past month or so.

It's very easy to use, You can adjust the length and use them literally anywhere it has rods. You can so many different exercises you can do dips and abs or inverted rows or pullups . With certain technique and some getting used to it works almost all your body muscles, as you try to maintain your stability to keep your posture straight, your body will automatically activates other muscles. The longer you hold you can feel it in your arms as they start shaking due to the tens of your workout the more muscle groups join in to compensate

In my opinion I think that is why all gymnast athletes who train on these rings have a very good ripped body.

Overall, Amazing quality of ring wood and very sturdy straps and to help you support your weight in any kind of workout you choose.

Ava.Artemis: These are fantastic! I'm excited about getting my upper body back in shape with these and my pull up bar. Granted, I haven't had them long, but they seem very sturdy. I looped them over a pull up bar and so far have just used them for rows, assisted dips, etc. I'm not a very big person, I weigh about 135, so I don't challenge their construction too much. But they do seem very solid. I really like how all kinds of more functional exercise engage so much more of the body than isolated weight lifting motions. Between these and kettlebells I'll be very happy in my growing home gym through the fall and winter. The one thing that's a tiny bummer is that the wood rings, which feel perfectly smooth to the touch, snag my leggings just a tiny bit every time they're in contact. So far I can't even tell looking at the fabric, but I can feel it every time, and I'm sure it will show in time. Not a big deal, but for ladies who have leggings that they spent a lot of money to look cute in, they might want to choose plastic rings instead of wood. I'm still happy with these. I like the feel of the natural material in my hands, as opposed to sweaty plastic, and I can always tape them if I want to.

SChamberlin: My husband appreciated the item, and in near freezing temperatures in the garage opted to wait for warmer weather to leave a review. The effectively plywood rings were high quality in Jan-2020, and the straps themselves are well designed and have lasted over four months with light-use.

The light-use is largely due to the main con that he has voiced- one of the two can buckles is finicky. He (being sub-#150) is not willing to do much more than strict pull-ups, dips (strict & kipping), and push-ups with them as while one of them does not slip at all, the other will sometimes slip an inch, after having been stable for several repetitions.

For some TRX-like suspension training and other controlled movements they likely would be fine, as-is, however, any highly dynamic movements or larger individuals would need to end up with a pair of ‘good’ buckles. Our sample size of two isn’t enough to draw conclusions, but my husband plans to switch to using ratchet straps (like towing tie-downs) for his continued use.

Alina Arefeva: Very nice rings! Always wanted to have something like this because I have been doing gymnastics, but the market has not been there! Now there are a few options, and I am liking these ones. I have first been confused because they come disassembled but the box includes instructions on how to put the rings together. Supposedly, you can attach them to the door in your home, but I am using them in the gym, so I don’t use the door attachment. Instead, I am attaching these to the carabiners in the gym. I am going to the regular gym, not gymnastics gym, and it does not have rings (may be obviously). They have TRX, but only when you exercise with the trainer which is not what I want right now. I wanted to use rings by myself, and this is a decent price to pay to get nice rings with sturdy construction. Did not have any trouble with the belts/straps, nothing moved anywhere during my workout.

I’ve done this workout if you want to try it out. The first two exercises I have done without the rings, but all remaining are the ring exercises.
