K. Nicholson: I brought this as a gift for myself. I was having soreness in the balls of my feet. Getting my husband to massage them was good, but often he was busy or tired himself. Sometimes I just wanted some reief from the ache and so I looked for a product that would help. As I was looking through the reviews of the different massagers, someone in a review said something to this effect, "don't be on the fence, just get it!" So I did, and I love it. It sits downstairs in my living room so while I am watching television I just put my feet inside and set it to what feels comfortable for me and let it do what it does! It has different settings that you can try and choose from. Some can be mild and some can be intense and very deep tissue. Take some time to read the booklet and play with it a bit to find the settings the feel best for you. You have to figure out what feels best for you. But for me, it was the best gift I could have brought for myself and my tired achy feet.
Don't be afraid but some settings can be intense. It has a "safe" button. So if it is too intense for you at some point, you can immediately turn it off.
I think it was one of the best purchases...

Kristina Cooke: I love this foot massager, the pressure on it is perfect and feels really nice after being on my feet all day. My only complaint is that it doesn’t get the heels very well. My foot is relatively small (7.5 in women’s) and because of where it cuts off it’s not able to put much pressure on my heels, which is obviously what hurts the most after being on your feet. If it could be made to fully cover your feet it would be awesome (but I understand that would be hard to design as everyone has different size feet.)

Briana Foley: After debating whether or not to bite the bullet and order this, but the day it arrived I regretted waiting so long. After just one use, the chronic pain I had been experiencing under the ball of my foot was relieved! The heat option is wonderful for my poor circulation and being able to adjust the air pressure provides that I can get enough to not tickle but not too much that it hurts. Level 3 is perfect for me.
Easy to set up, easy to use, and super comfortable for my tiny feet and my roommates man sized feet. Also a bonus that the insert is washable, so I’m comfortable sharing!! Couldn’t be happier!

K. Peterson: I wanted a massage tool for the fascia of my feet because it often seems tight and on the verge of causing issues. I did buy this massager but without any preconceived notions other than the reviews I read.
This Shiatsu Massage machine definitely massages your feet. Depending on the settings it can just barely massage or massage the dickens out of your feet and I like that it is easy to turn off for reasons I will mention in the next paragraph. I really like it and use it every day after a HIIT walk and a step routine,
I wish it did more for my heels but if I press down on my heel while my feet are in position I do get a massage just not as much as the ball, arch and toes of my foot enjoy. The massage can actually be painful if you use some of the settings but that is subjective and each person has to try them out to see what feels best. Good news is it is easy to turn off, so if the massage is more than desired just turn it off!
I can easily recommend this massager to friends and family who want to keep their fascia flexible and pain free (no plantar fasciitis for me).

Foucher: Ai des petits pieds très cambrés et toujours en souffrance. Il y a trois niveaux de massage, j'adore le plus fort car on sent vraiment de petites boules et tensions disparaitre, l'arche du pied est détendue au bout de 20 mn, cela relaxe un max le soir. Je vais aussi régulièrement faire de la réflexologie plantaire (pas la même chose car massage adapté en fonction de la faiblesse des organes du moment) et je plébiscite quand même ce genre d'appareil .

Newager: I suppose how good this is depends on what you bought for. I bought it for a theraputic foot massage and for that purpose it is brilliant. I use it last thing every night to help me get off to sleep and for these reasons I highly recommend it. Pressure is applied by the compression sock and I keep it low otherwise it is brutal.

However, if you have a painful foot problem then this is the last thing I would use as its going to hurt and I cannot see any benefit in using it. There is also the myth that you cannot use it if you have blood pressure, I researched this and an expert in massage dispelled this theory. In fact the relaxing feeling you get from using it may be a stress buster that helps lower blood pressure.
