Zwieback: I simply positioned the wax plug part of it in the lower rack over part of the heating element then ran it on the Sani-Rinse (extra heat) setting and pots and pans (for a longer wash cycle). It looked like brand new when done... and I'm sure it got a deep cleaning of the filter and inside the spray arms as well, though they can't be easily visually inspected. The product says to use every 3 months... which works well to set up on Amazon's subscription service. Then, when you get it shipped, it's time to do it again... without even thinking about it. How cool is that!

Jessie cadle: We use our dishwasher every day, I clean to filter as needed but it still got a really foul smell. Bought this out of desperation and once it was done cleaning the dishwasher smelled great and loooked brand new! Will definitely be using this product from now on

Amazon Customer: I was skeptical about this actually working in my dishwasher. I rent a duplex that was somewhat neglected by the previous tenant and landlord, so I’ve been doing a lot of deep cleaning. The dishwasher was a bit grimy and smelly, but now it looks brand new on the inside after using this just one time. It’s so inexpensive too, who would have thought it actually works!

MSKK: have a dishwasher that built gunk over a period of time
Used hotwater, vinegar and baking powder in the past but cleaning the after part was a pain.
I was just being *lazy* did not want to have to collect things even before cleaning and putting them back.

This product does an ** super amazing** job of cleaning,
Ensure that the water runs hot and put this at the bottom of the dishwasher, let it run a full cycle.
You should have a super clean dishwasher after that.

Note: Do not poke hole through the wax plug(?) on the container. As water gets hot, it will melt and release the liquid .. Just remove the paper tag and put it vertically.

You will not be disappointed with this product.
Plan to buy again !!!

shangers: Works well. Meant for large dishwashers not the stupid half size like we have, and there is no way to use half a bottle that I’m aware of.

Jim: My dishwasher is a GE Quiet Power 3. Yes, old. Plastic interior. And WHITE. But she still runs. My dishwasher did not smell at all, but it was hit and miss on washing. Also it was a little loud. I'm sitting 25 feet away and I could hear the thing running! I have used other cleaning agents in it. Same results. I took a chance based on reviews and purchased this. Just FYI - unless someone more knowledgeable can inform me (and I have looked all over on the internet) there is no filter that I can clean. Again, I took a chance and input this into my dishwasher today. Let it run thru the Sani-temp wash until complete. Then took out the fully used container of Finish and loaded it. I actually went into the kitchen a few times to see if it was still running. So much quieter! And it really looked great! This is me telling you that a 25 yo dishwasher can look great as well as perform!

HUMBERTO MOGUEL: No fue suficiente una dosis, primero lave el interior. Y le cepille la mugre le pase el cepillo y después use la botella con un ciclo caliente. Al final seguía ese olor. Así que opte por una cepillada más profunda y usando Bicarbonato que compré aquí mismo después un ciclo Normal no muy caliente porque el bicarbonato es algo agresivo y al menos he notado que con un ciclo normal es suficiente y bueno se quito el mal olor así que me quedo la duda porque la anterior no fue suficiente y de todos modos el bicarbonato no es perfecto porque antes no quitaba el olor. Así que creo que la botella hizo algo del trabajo pero no fue suficiente se necesita una buena cepillada hasta que quede todo blanco. No una cepillada sino darle bien duro. Por cierto hice una trampa después de la cepillada le puse una cuchara chica de detergente. Así que quedo con un aroma a limpio así que no se ya he hecho antes eso sin lograr quitarle el olor así que creo que la botella ayudo pero hay que ver qué hacer para que el proceso de limpieza sea efectivo y logre uno quitar el mal olor porque está fue ensayo y error.
