MM: Since Amazon stopped selling the type of air filter I used to get, I decided to try this one since it seems to have a lot of good reviews. Some of the reviews mentioned the size issue.
This one seems to be just a bit too small to stay in place in the filter opening I have. It's definitely a good purchase, but the size issue is not a good one for me. It allows air to bypass the filter and since its not sturdy in place, you can hear the filter moving back and forth when the blower is on.
I'll be looking for a new one that is closer in actual size to 18x24.
