Alexis: Not that they weren't bonding before, but this book gives them clear ideas of each other and forces them to sit down just the two of them. With the kiddo being 11, it's really important to get them to see we love them and are here for them as they transition into adolescence. I'm never in the room while they do it (I keep brother distracted) but I always hear giggling and they rush out to tell me how much fun they had.
