Everyday Dad: They are a little on the pricier side as far as wooden blocks go, but we were gifted an old set and my daughter loves them, so I got this set to add to it. They are solid and seem to last. They’ve survived 3 toddlers so far with no issues. Fun to play along with the kiddo.

It is wooden and sturdy and my kids had so much fun building different things with it, it goes great with renaissance soldiers and my kids actually use their imagination so much with this product! John Marolakos: We love this set of castle building blocks. I think they're great!. I don't understand the negative reviews. There are plenty of pieces to play with and build an expansive castle or town. The pieces are really detailed to stir the imagination. They are on the small side, but, we like that. Easy for our toddler to handle. We've removed the really small pieces which could cause a choking hazard. One down side for younger toddlers is, this particular set requires supervision and assistance. And for us, that's fine, our son is 27 months and I'm happy to assist and play with him. I think older children will love this set for the detailing and overall look. There's nothing else like it on the market. We're very pleased.

Cher: My grandsons are thrilled with this castle. They play with it for hours. The two of them have competitions as to different designs and which one is the best. We love knights, dragons, the Middle Ages people and stories. They immediately started building as soon as the boxes were open. I got two castles so they could either make one huge castle or separate castles. This is the coolest castle set I have ever seen, Every time you open the box you can make a new design. What a great way to improve the mind having fun

Laura: I couldn't wait for the grand children to visit so that I could present them with these castle blocks. They were so excited to get this kit. They sat for three hours building and rebuilding their castle. I think that the blocks trump a video game anytime. The children not only use their hands to build with they also use their brains to come up with castle designs. The blocks are well worth their cost. They are not tiny like most blocks. They are a good size and they are light weight. I just wish that they came with a storage bag. I gave the children a pillow case to store the blocks. It seems to work, just sew velcro strips across the top for closure.
