I am blown away by this nifty device. Just tried it today and had to give thus product a solid 5 stars. It is well-constructed with quality material, looks beautiful, and most of all, does what it's supposed to do perfectly. The display is simple, bright, and easy to read. The operations are intuitive. The instruction manual is well-written and easy to follow. I own 2 cars. After charging the unit fully, I read the manual once, set the mode to car (36 psi), plugged the unit to each tire. It read the pressure accurately right away. If it's below 36 psi, I would click "start" and the pump would start running until the pressure reached 36 psi. I did all 8 tires and the unit's power was still full. Incredibly effective and well-made. I strongly recommend this beautifully engineered device to all car owners. No more fumbling at the air...

I have for years used a small California Air Tools compressor (purchased on Amazon!) with a 15ft hose to fill tires (among other things) and it works great. But, tiring of dragging the compressor, hoses, attachments, extension cord (a no-no, I know) out every time I need to inflate tires, I was open to trying something else. I had a portable electric compressor for years and over time it just lost efficiency so I discarded it. I typically have 2 vehicles in a garage and one in the driveway when I do this maintenance.
I came across the Fanttik X8 APEX inflator on a car video and thought to give it a try to make my tire inflation maintenance jobs quicker/easier; Amazon Deal of the Day made it a buy.
First use of the Fanttik X8 APEX the battery was fully charged, inflating all four ground tires on three different vehicles (1 car, 2 trucks) by approximately 4psi each; the car spare was inflated by 10psi (could not fill truck spares due to mounting position and inflator connection design). Over the past 2 years I have actually purchased 4 different $50-$75 tire inflators. (I know, crazy, and my wife may confirm). But at least I write this review based on honest real life usage. Only had it a few days and used it to top up motorbike tyres. Worked pretty quickly. Really clear and easy to use and so far so good. I think it would take a long time to pump up a car tyre but for emergency use it would be fine.

The Fanttik X8 APEX tire inflater is amazing! It is portable and completely accurate. I have used this inflater for several weeks primarily on my road bike. The ability to switch between Schrader and Presta valves is not only easy but it remains accurate and effective in inflating tires. After you have selected which type of tire you want to inflate, you simply set the desired pressure, put on the valve and turn it on. It does not make an excessive amount of noise and you can see both the current tire pressure and the pressure as it fills the tire. As soon as the set pressure is reached the inflater shuts off! I needed to top off my car tire so I used the APEX and set it for 36 lbs. of pressure and sure enough it got to that point and stopped. It's a great relief knowing that the device is available without looking around for gas stations or paying to put air in my tires! The other great thing about the APEX is that, despite using it for weeks, the battery level indicator, which is on the screen and very visible, has barely moved despite using it several times to inflate my road bike tires before going out on my rides. Overall, this was a great choice...

Before you start you just use the center grey arrows around the power button to set desired pressure before you connect it to wheel valve stem…
As soon as it’s connected it changes to what ever pressure is inside the wheel…In my case my hand truck was way under pressure and read 17 lbs and I set it to 30 lbs…
Just push the power button once and the compressor kicks on and fills the tire pretty fast and then shuts off when it reaches amount preset to, in my case it was 30 lbs and then the compressor turns off…
This is a really cool mini tire compressor and seems to work great…Right out of the box the battery pack was full but dropped down one notch after filling two tires and checking the pressure on four wheels on my wife’s vehicle
I recommend this if your looking...
