vlada: The device performs very well. Although mine started leaking from a fixed joint about 4 months after it arrived, the customer service was very responsive and promptly (upon gathering the details about the problem) agreed to replace the hose sprayer. As no manufacturer can avoid having some defects, i gave them a 5 stars for standing behind their product.

Hopefully the replacement will not have any issues.

St Tam Photo: I bought it because it claimed to be all metal. but as it turns out it has a plastic thumb control, which is the very thing that breaks on all of my previous nozzles. I bought it in June of this year and the thumb control broke in August. It lasted 2 months. i would get at least 3 years out of the previous nozzles.

Update: I contacted the manufacturer about this problem. They were were willing to send me a new one immediately. I mentioned to them how hard i used these nozzles and they recommended that i get the same model only with the metal squeeze handle. I like the thumb control but the the unit with the squeeze handle is mighty fine. I am sure that this will last a very long time. The support from this company was excellant.

Andrea De BeiAndrea De Bei: The media could not be loaded.  Appena estratta dalla confezione ci si rende subito conto di avere in mano un prodotto di grande qualità, solida e pesante (ma non così tanto da renderla scomoda), con ogni cosa al suo posto e ogni meccanismo ben funzionante.
Ho scelto questa rispetto ad altre anche se il prezzo era leggermente più alto proprio perché fatta in metallo e per la comodissima leva per regolare la quantità di acqua da rilasciare, molto più comoda rispetto al solito grilletto da tenere premuto (o che richiedono la seconda mano per sganciarlo se bloccato).
Tante avevano una o l'altra cosa ma questa oltre ad averle entrambe avevo anche una marea di recensioni positive. E infatti lo ritengo un acquisto davvero azzeccato.

L'unico problemino (ma credo che sia per mia ignoranza in materia) lo sto avendo con l'aggancio rapido in ottone, che rimane ben saldo con il connettore già collegato al tubo ma che non tiene con quelli Claber e Gardena con aquastop che ho acquistato perché mi davano maggiore sensazione di durevolezza. Magari è un caso che il primo vada (anch'esso in plastica e con acquastop) ed è necessariamente richiesto un connettore rapido...

Organic Alternative Farmer: I'm buying a second one of these today for use in another part of the garden. I've been burned so many times trying to find a decent hose nozzle that I put up with an old bad one one rather than buy a second of these until I put it to the test. I really love the new on/off design feature of the thumb lever, which a lot of products have now. It's SO MUCH easier to use than that little dinky triangle of metal that other ones have, so much easier on my hands, and has totally held up, unlike some other types of flow-controllers on other nozzles. The shower function, which is the one I use 95% of the time, has stayed completely reliable. Now, let me say that we have naturally soft water here, which will make a difference in how long anything like this will last, but I've bought nozzles that were only used in this soft water where the nozzles partly clogged and there was no way to ever truly clean them up. Just having the shower function be the same after a year of use is a huge value.

I do need to say that the ring on the front of it, a rubber ring, did come off. But that ring doesn't affect function, just made it a little more cushioned. It may be my own fault it came off...

Elizabeth Abate: To me: 4 stars is above average, and
3 star = average/good. This product is better than good. With more diverse settings (that are actually usefully different) it would have gotten 5 stars.

The piece is a bit heavier than I expected, but I guess that's what they mean by heavy duty - it's pretty solid! But to be transparent, I just got this so tried not to answer the "durability" star question. We'll see if they let that go...

I love the SHOWER setting for watering plants. It can be almost as gentle as a rain headed hand watering can. I wish the pressure at the top SHOWER setting strength was stronger. It doesn't reach very far before falling off. On my old crappy plastic, leaking gun, I could twist from a wide mist to strong jet, with the ability to achieve a nice strong, longer distance narrow watet shower that could reach succulents down a steep, soft-soiled hill. This gun can only reach them with the FULL or JET settings; which are both a bit stronger than I'd like.

There are 8 settings, but the JET & FULL are extremely similar...really, what's the difference? Also, a vertical AND a horizontal FLAT MIST shouldn't be needed as 2 settings when you can...
