AudraB12: These pencils are have been a great learning tool for me. The different lead sizes allow for precise lines and shading, making it incredibly versatile. I've found them to be durable and as a beginner, still learning about shading, they have been a fantastic addition to my art supplies. They are easy to sharpen for thinner lines and I also like the consistency with the color in the lead so far.

James Williams: I bought the school pack to split with my wife, who is a semi-professional graphic designer and illustrator. The erasers in the set are great, but right now they are around $20-25 for a pack of 30. The sharpeners are also great, and they are more difficult to find in packs. The pencils are a very nice student-grade, a step down from the FC 9000s. However, they are more than sufficient for most fine art and illustration tasks. Just make sure that the current price is a discount from buying it all separately.

Nicole: First art pencils I've ever bought for myself, so I have nothing to compare them to, but I love them. They're easy to use, easy to sharpen, seem of high quality (to my newbie eye, at least) and their little tin is perfect too. Highly recommend, at least for beginners.
