David S: Works exactly as described. Very good intensity/brightness adjustment. Quickly set up and provides excellent desk illumination for working with or without laptop computer. The long main lightbar is about 10 inches and provides good illumination on BOTH sides of laptop. I am left-handed, so have it affixed to the right side of desk about 1.5 feet away which keeps the arms out of the way. Still able to center main lightbar over keyboard, no screen glare and can easily see notebook keep on left of computer. Very pleased so far (less than a week in use). Will have to wait and see how it works out over time, but worth the cost.

Ailsa: Really love the design. I clipped it on the mid section of my desk, and using the lower light for the desk on the left and the main light on the right. It works perfectly beyond my expectations. I also have an older model and I like this newer model even better.

Robert: This is the second of these lamps that I have purchased. Both arrived in quick order, and the lamp is wonderfully easy to install on the side of your desk. With a range of brightness setting, plus a temperature adjustment (for cool, blue light or warm, sunshine light), this is the perfect companion for reading, doing paperwork and (in my case) working on lego projects and photographing insects. The slim form really fits in any decor and provides light without dominating the room. Highly recommended!

The one problem though – you'd want to buy more of them, to use in all the places of your house.
As you can see I already bought 4 of them, and planning few more for my family.
I connected 4 lamps to the same smart outlet, and put them on all sides of my corner desk, and now I have all 4 lamps go on with a single button push.
