Sunny: So when the first one came it was damaged but I reached out and the replacement is on its way. That being said the mat is thick, durable, has amazing grip and is double sided. My workout corner is the cutest pink corner ever. I can’t wait for the replacement to arrive as this May will be used daily.

EOEO: I got this for my girlfriend to use for yoga, stretching, and home exercises and we love the thickness of the mat and the width of the mat. I think it's pretty durable, though her cats took to chewing on it right away. She has a tile floor and it still feels good with the mat.

A thick mat really makes a difference when it comes to comfort and how often we want to use the mat.

Here's my old thinner mat for comparison.

Sean Peterson: I'm not necessarily a "Yoga" practitioner, but I make it a habit to stretch everyday. Tension seems to build up in my body a stretching does me a lot of favors. It makes me feel good long-term. It also feels good in the moment. It makes you a more functional human being. There are things that happen when stretching that bring you closer to yourself that I don't want to attempt to explain or Spiritualize. It's just a good practice for pretty much everyone regardless of what you believe or what you call it.

My old mat was getting micro-tears and for this reason was hard to clean. I knew the new one would need to be thicker because I had to use a foam knee board while doing hip flexor stretches and for things like frog and tadpole pose. The thickness is perfect although I have my reservations about what the durability will be like long-term. It's definitely denser than a cheap exercise mat, but not quite as dense as I was hoping for. I hope to get at least a year of use from it, but we'll see. In any case, it's without a doubt, a wonderful yoga mat for now. I had to double my old mat up in order to do shoulder stands, but this one is thick enough to protect the spine and knees...

Poloman: I've had this mat for 6 weeks now. Functionally it is great, but it arrived with a strong chemical smell. I wasn't too concerned as those smells usually go away after being aired out but six weeks on, there is still a lingering smell. It is much less that when I first opened it but now it seems the smell is not reducing any further, and it is at a level that is a bit annoying.
