Moppit: Would be nice to have a purpose label on colours as some people are colour blind. Otherwise, very sturdy, stay in position well on surface and very easy to clean.

Dan R.: These are without a doubt much thicker and much nicer than the paper thin plastic sheets we bought last time. Those were so thin that you would eventually cut through them if slicing with a sharp knife. These are thicker than 2, maybe even 3 of the thin ones combined - I expect them to be much more durable. The thickness makes them stiffer (for putting in the dishwasher) - yet they will still bend with little effort. And they seem to resist damage from sharp knives much better. Overall a very nice set that takes up far less room than traditional cutting boards. So, why only 4 stars ? Because they claim to be made in the USA, but there is no stamp on the sheets anywhere. However, the paper sleeve that they come in says made in China. So, are they or aren't they made in the USA ? If they are, why have the paper sleeve made in China - you couldn't find a printer here in the USA to make that simple item ? Or at least insist that the sleeve says product made in USA, sleeve made in China ? But if you're going to say made in the USA, lets go all the way, and remove any doubt. There are plenty of people more willing to spend their money here, rather than sending it to China.
