Kelly: First thought was that the packaging looked really nice. First taste I thought it was very diluted and wasn't sure if it would work. It does work for cramping during workouts. However, I feel that it is diluted and could buy smaller bottles and get the same effect if it was not so watered down (I bought the 8 oz bottles). Overall I would recommend it for cramping, especially when working out.

sadrik: As weird as it sounds, yes, these work. I frequently get exertion muscle cramps in my feet, ankles, legs, arms, neck, heck even my abs. I cannot count the number of times over the years (well heck, even the month) that I've been reduced to a screaming blubbering puddle of agony as half or more of my body goes on a blitz.

Now as I feel a twinge coming on, I reach for a little bottle I've stored expansively through my living zones (including the car, the bicycle, backpacks, the bedroom), and within minutes, the muscle cramp(s) go(es) away and I forget I even had a pending problem.

They're not cheap, but I'm not scared of how my body may punish me after riding, running, sleeping in a cold room, whatever.
