I like to mix up side dishes. One night brown rice, another night yolkless noodles. Without the yolk or cholesterol from the yolk, egg noodles make a flavorful, better for you addition to your meal. I usually use some fresh italian parsley and a little butter. Noodles aren't just for casseroles. If I have any left over, I'll use it the next morning scrambled up with some egg whites. Give it a try, you just might find you like it too.

I like egg noodles, whats not to like. they are great in soups, meat dishes with gravy, fried with cabbage, etc. I made noodles with cabbage and kielbasa last week. I purchase these all the time and will purchase again. To be honest I am not picky about the brand and will order any brand in stock.
