Sharon: This is a great read. It provides a perspective that I've never seen before. I was completing a course called Ancient Christianity at the time, and this fit right in with more details. If you don't think Jesus mattered, you need to read this book. If you do, but want to see even how much more He mattered to the world, you need to read this book. I liked it so much I bought a copy for one of my daughters.

HXBaker: This book gives you really good information to share and answer questions that you may otherwise not be able to answer. Every person that interacts with atheists, should have this information to help with the answers that you give them. I would recommend even buying more than one so that you can share a copy with any open minded atheist people you know.

Shiza: For a person who is not too familiar with the Holy Bible or someone who is new to faith or doubting if Jesus actually existed - this is a good book to begin with. Very easy to understand. No difficult terms. Every point is explained properly. Even a minor can understand the language.
If you have already read books by old authors with old English, this book is a walk in the park.
What's interesting is that this book answers the question why something happened when it happened and answers a good amount of what-if scenarios too.

If you are not a believer in Jesus but are curious about why others believe it is a must read. If you believe deeply in him it will give you myriad tools to share your faith with others. Add this to your library and then share it.

Jenny Rose: As a cold-case detective, Wallace examines the extra-biblical evidence for Jesus. If, for some reason, there was no Bible, would there still be evidence that Jesus even existed? He parallels the investigation of Jesus with another, more present-day case. Both were cases without bodies. Wallace examined the cultural, spiritual, prophetic and artistic impact of Jesus among others. He also analyzed the possibility of a fictional or imagined impact.

I read Cold-Case Christianity and had already studied the validity of the New Testament account. This is one of the most in-depth analyses of the extra-biblical impact of Jesus. Read this for our own study. If you ever interact with folks who don’t trust or even belittle the scripture, I think this is an excellent resource.

ra.: SUPER BUCH! Ein Polizeikommissar ermittelt (mit der Taktik eines Ermittlers eben ;o)) die Glaubwürdigkeit des historischen Jesus! Für Christen (nicht solche die sich nur so nennen, sondern die Jesus auch nachfolgen) sehr Glaubensstärkend und für Menschen die sich fragen ob es Jesus tatsächlich gegeben hat oder was es mit ihm auf sich hat ist es auch empfehlenswert sich mal mit diesem Thema auseinanderzusetzen! ;o) Das Buch ist auch nicht trocken sondern sehr mitreißend geschrieben! :o)
