Explore the World of Words with My Big Touch-and-Feel Word Book

Lillianna: It's pretty good. It said it had the most touch things out of most books I was looking at which technically is likely true. However most of them are small and not very tactile. But the toddler like the book- especially the furry big ones which their were only a couple of. It was made very well which is excellent! I think it will last a good while even with the toddler banging it around. I even thing many pages you could take a baby wipe and clean it except the furry like things etc. Although I'm not sure on that.

Overall happy with the purchase and so is the toddler which is most important:)

Leah Dee: We love to look at this book to learn new words. My son likes to touch the different items and point to the shapes. We bring it to the table after dinner and it's proven to be a fun way to learn. We are planning to get the others in the series soon. Highly recommend!

Monika: This the the most fantastic touch anf feel book
we own. I am surprised to so many negative reviews specifically around to the sticky tost. I get how the pages can get stuck and could be destroyed. This didn't happen in our case because on the first read my kiddo touched it like hundred times taking the stickiness down a notch. I love this sticky part as it explores texture without the mess (otherwise I would have to let my kiddo play with honey. Lol). Other textures are also fantastic, and book has so many "items" to name my kid wants to to read it over and over and over again. All off the critical reviews (taking the rating down to 1 star for the sticky tost) seem so harsh and unfair for this publisher. Great book, in fact this will become my go to toddler gift among family and friends with little ones.

Graham Wellington: Overall good book, but size makes it a bit difficult for 9-10 mo old to handle on their own. They can do it, just harder than most books targeting that age which are smaller.

There's one page with a sticky texture that will stick to the opposing page and rip it if it isn't covered. It comes with a cover strip but doesn't last. I recommend putting cling wrap or something on that part but then you have to worry about the child eating the cling wrap. We basically wrote that spread off instead and always skip it, they're just stuck together.

But overall stills. Good book. At least 2-3 touch items per spread, 1-2 per page.

Grandma: There is one touch item that is quite sticky. When it arrived those pages were stuck together. Perhaps a protection over item would help
