Fouran: Llegó con rayazos y la caja rota, al menos el CD se escucha bien, que eso es lo importante, pero al ver la caja rota me llevé una decepción.

Julio: This is when Ween got really weird. It doesn't get browner than this.

Michael: This Schnitzel repress of The Pod sounds Amazing! Makes my CD sound third generation. My only regret is that I haven't picked up previous Ween Schnitzel presses! The Mollusk next?

JO-əl G: I have listened to Ween's records for the past 12 years (since I started high school). Ween's music is like no one elses and I am sad to know that they are broken up. I've carefully listened to all the albums and got a feel for the distinct mood or genre of each album. I think that "The Pod" is Ween's best and most memorable work. I certainly have sentimental value locked in many songs on this record. I have had a few cd versions that varied in sound and track quality between them. I have the first type of shimmy disc cd, and the 1995 elektra records cd (the one with the censored art and parental advisory sign). The Pod is only Ween's second album (released 23 years ago), and it is extremely hard to find an original 1991 vinyl pressing. Thankfully, Schnitzel records re-released the entire original album as a 18th anniversary edition, or something. This vinyl shatters the sound quality of the cds. It's like I'm hearing these Ween songs in a new light. To me, listening to the vinyl is the ultimate "intended" version of the sound experience. I am so glad this is in my collection now. If there are any true Ween fans out there reading this: You need to grad one of these before they're...
