We are extremely happy with our new mattress. It is exactly as described. We got the plush king size and has been comfortable to both of us. One of us is a side sleeper and one is a stomach sleeper. Great value!

Let me tell you, as a single woman, the battle of moving the box was difficult BUT nothing like the battle of opening the box. I have never in my life had to move into so many random positions. I tried a knife, scissors, a razor cutter thing, a screw driver, and nothing worked. So I had to use my legs and arms - Legs to hold the box in place, arms to tear little by little. It took me over an hour to open this box. That is BY FAR the most difficult part. Now, on to the bed. This beautiful comfortable bed. If you’re wanting a medium, buy the plush. I determined this based on all the rock hard firm reviews. Yikes! So I figured pillow top would be more firm, making this more medium & I was correct 😁 This bed has the quality and comfort of that $900 bed you found in the store except it is more than 1/2 the price and it’s delivered straight to your door without additional fees. 10/10 recommend this bed!!

I should have known from the two young, strong-looking gentlemen who carried this mattress to my door and the multiple "team lift" stamps on the box that this was not a project for one person, but I soldiered on by myself anyways.
The first riddle posed to me by this mattress was: how to open the box? As someone who orders many packages from Amazon, I can easily rip open cardboard boxes. But this box proved to be un-rippable from any side. I realized at this point that the "team" advertised on the side of the box was not just for lifting, but also for consulting on how to open this thing. The box advised not to use a box cutter, but after spending several minutes wrestling with it and praying to God for the finger strength needed to break through steel disguised as cardboard, I gave up and decided to get the scissors out and carefully cut the box open. This worked.
Then came the next riddle: how to get it out of the box? After several tries, I found the best way was to fashion my technique after pro wrestlers and hug the mattress to my body and lean back while pushing the box away with my feet. You will need to re-position yourself as the mattress...

Read lots of reviews before buying a mattress online. This was pretty much the only "plush" mattress with decent reviews. This mattress is for my 3 year old son so I was looking for something a little more plush since he's smaller. I was worried something more firm would be uncomfortable. This is very plush, myself and my husband both laid on it and sunk in pretty good. I would be surprised if this mattress lasts with regular use by an adult, IMO. The mattress was fairly heavy and came rolled in plastic. Once unwrapped it plumped up very fast. Some reviews say to wait 72hrs but I don't think that's necessary, we used it the day of delivery. The mattress did not have a strong smell like others mentioned. It also did NOT fit perfectly in the full frame per other reviewers, however once we got the sheets and comforter on and tucked in it didn't really matter. Again this is passable for a child's bed, I would probably be more picky if it was for an adult. Mostly because it is so soft I can't imagine it keeping it's form for very long.
